Return policy
1 - General
Our policy lasts 14 days. The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
2 - Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have inspected the item in question, we will send you an email to confirm whether or not we have issued a refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.
3 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lustre-salon.com or via our contact form.
4 - Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
5 - Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
6 - Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
